Custom Order Information

Did you order a Custom Enclosure or Universal Sub box? 
Please read this before submitting a "Status Request"

If purchased on this site, You Had to Read and accept this before you submitted your order.  If purchased on eBay, the product page had a large information section warning you of the time required for delivery of custom orders. 

Condition of Sale for ALL Sub Enclosures: 

  • Universal Subwoofer Boxes normally ship within 3-7 business days of order processing depending upon stock location.*
    UPS shipping only.  UPS tracking information is emailed when product ships 
    *if not in stock locally, shipping can take up to 10 days
  • ALL Custom enclosures are ordered direct at the time of processing.  Usual delivery times vary from 7 to 21 business days.
  • If product is not currently available, you will be notified via email and given option of cancellation of order. 
  • Print out your invoice page and record your invoice/order number.  This is necessary to track your order and for all future correspondence.
EXPLANATION:

When you submit ANY Enclosure order, your order is processed within one business day.  The box may ship from our main location (if in stock) or will be electronically ordered from one of our many suppliers. In most cases, the enclosures will be ordered direct from the manufacturer. 

Once your custom box has been ordered:

As published above, it can take from 7 to 21 Business Days for delivery to your door.  Unfortunately, we are usually not updated by the manufacturers for any of our orders.  We can only confirm that the order was submitted and confirm delivery of the Custom order when it physically arrives at our shipping location.  The same day that ANY special order arrives at our location it is immediately placed in the UPS system and UPS sends an automatic email message to the email address you supplied with your original order with full UPS tracking.  Do not call the manufacturer for your tracking.  We have numerous sources for custom products.

So if you desire an update before UPS tracking is sent to you, all we can do is confirm your order was processed and that we are awaiting delivery.

Many times a supplier or manufacturer will ship your custom order direct to you.  When this occurs, we will not be able to supply you with UPS tracking.  In most cases they only supply us with tracking to verify delivery, after the fact.

You can also understand from this system, why cancellation of a sub enclosure order or any custom order is impossible.  Unless it can be stopped before being electronically processed, the customer owns it exactly as we publish.  Of course if an extended period of time elapses with no information, contact us by all means.  But if only a week or so has passed since submission of a custom order, you are not going to get much information.  Not because we don't care, but because the system doesn't allow for it.
