What Can I Expect?
Within a few minutes of submitting your order
on DocsWarehouseSales.com,
you will receive a copy of your invoice at the email address you provided during
checkout. If you did not, check your email spam filters. Our invoice copies go
out immediately and this operation is fully automatic.
I've been operating this shopping cart system
across several stores for near a decade and have NEVER seen this system fail.
Again, if you don't see an email, check your spam filters and the email
address you provided. Invoice copies
cannot be resent. You will receive a paper copy of your invoice with your order
when it is delivered.
Ebay Customers-in a similar fashion,
will receive an email message from our eBay store after you make a purchase.
That email system is generated automatically from eBay but if you did not
receive any notice, check your spam filters. It can take a few hours
for eBay messages to reach you and we have no control over that. But
if you make a purchase on eBay, you may also sign into your account and you
will find a record of your purchases. Again all automatic.
When our shippers supply us with UPS tracking in
a timely fashion, we gladly send it along to the address you provided with your
order. Unfortunately many times a customer will be enjoying his new product by
the time a shipper does supply us with tracking.

to mislead our customers as many web stores do. You receive UPS
tracking direct from the UPS site "when it is available". We don't
issue you a "fake" tracking during processing of your order. So you
will not receive ANY tracking until an item physically ships from our
location.

Do not call us, we cannot check on an
order Status via phone. We adhere strictly to this rule so do not request
