| Customer Reviews: Metra wiring harness Ford/Lincoln/Mercury March 15, 2010 shanedonna (New Hampshire) Purchased for use in my 2000 Mercury Villager. Made it so much easier to install after market stereo. Having done it the hard way in the past, this was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Worked great for my 2000 Ford F-150 May 3, 2010 J. T. Marrs (Boston, MA) I soldered 11 leads from my new hu to this connector, connected to truck's harness and powered up. Simple and quick install.
Perfect fit for 2003 Ford F-150 March 8, 2010 MGB (California, USA) I picked this harness up for an installation on a 2003 Ford F-150. It was easy to install but the instructions do have the "dimmer" wire labeled as Orange/White when it was Orange/Black on this harness. Most people will not use that wire anyway; the orange wire in the harness labeled "illumination" is the one most people will use. For most aftermarket stereos it's just a matter of matching the wires on this harness to the same color wires on your stereo's harness. It can't get much easier than that...
The Good:
Easy to install
Good quality
Price
The Bad:
One mislabeled wire in the instructions
